Tahini Banana Bread

This banana bread is nutty from the tahini paste, and perfectly moist and fluffy. Definitely a crowd-pleaser!

Gather the ingredients, including flour, brown sugar, eggs, bananas, tahini, sesame seeds and sour cream.

STEP 1:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan. Line with parchment. Grease parchment and coat with flour.

STEP 2:

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk thoroughly to evenly mix together.

STEP 3:

Whisk eggs and sugar until homogenous. Whisk in bananas, sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth.

STEP 4:

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in 2-3 additions. Fold in sesame seeds until just mixed.

STEP 5:

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Top with more sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
