Avocado Brownies

dairy and gluten free

These Avocado Brownies are dairy free, gluten free and will fool all of your friends! They’re so rich and fudgy, you won’t believe they’re kind of healthy.

Melt chocolate

Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot with 1-2 inches of boiling water.

Mix wet ingredients

Whisk avocado and eggs together. Add vanilla and coconut sugar.

Add chocolate and dry ingredients

Stir in melted chocolate. Sift over almond flour, cocoa, instant coffee, baking powder and salt.

Add chocolate chips

Stir in chocolate chips

Add batter to pan

Spread batter into an 8 inch baking pan lined with parchment and greased.

Bake and cool

Bake in 350F oven for 20-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs attached.
