Basil Mint Pesto: how to make and serve it

This punchy Basil Mint Pesto is made with almonds and tangy, pecorino cheese. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of meat, vegetable and grain dishes.
-basil -mint -almonds or mint -garlic -lemon juice -extra virgin olive oil -pecorino romano cheese
Grind nuts and garlic in a food processer or high quality blender. Add basil and mint. Pulse to coarsely chop.
Add oil and season
Slowly stream in olive oil while blending until emulsified. Stir in grated cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Ways to use Basil Mint Pesto:
1. On lamb, beef or chicken 2. Stirred into grains 3. With grilled vegetables 4. On sandwiches 5. On pasta 6. In salad dressing 7. On top of soups and stews
