Add blackberries, sugar and salt to a nonstick pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until juices thicken and become syrupy.
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter to create crumbs. Press 2/3 of crumbs into baking dish, and prebake. Allow to cool.
Spread over jam and crumble over remaining crumbs. Bake until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
