Whisk together flour and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
Gradually whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Don't overmix. Allow batter to rest at least 15 minutes.
Heat a 10 inch pan over medium heat. Brush with butter. Add 1/4 cup of batter to pan and rotate pan to form a crepe.
Cook crepe for 1-2 minutes on first side until set and lightly browned. Flip and cook another 15-30 seconds.
