Crispy Rosemary Garlic Chicken

These Crispy Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic is a total show-stopper. You are not going to believe how crispy the skin gets with this stove top recipe!

STEP ONE:

Debone the chicken thighs, keeping the skin intact

STEP TWO:

Season the chicken and simply place all of the ingredients into a cool pan. Turn on heat and slowly crisp up the chicken skn.

STEP THREE:

Once the skin is crispy and the chicken is 90% cooked through, flip the chicken. Add white wine, broth or water to cook through bottom of the chicken.
