These Harissa Lamb Burgers are so flavorful and juicy. They're topped with a creamy harissa mayo, tangy feta cheese and quick pickled onions.

-ground beef -harissa paste -cumin -coriander -red onion -red wine vinegar -sugar -mayo -lemon juice -garlic -burger buns -tomato slices -lettuce -salt and pepper
Prepare toppings. Slice onions and coat with vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix mayo ingredients. Prep lettuce and tomato.
Season and shape burgers. Cook burgers on a cast iron pan or grill for about 4 minutes per side. Toast buns.
Season tomato slices with salt. Spread mayo on buns and stack burger and toppings, as desired. Enjoy.
