Sear shrimp on both sides for about 30-45 seconds. Don't cook all of the way through!
Add olive oil, garlic, fresh chilies and lemon zest to the pan.
Add chopped parsley followed by pasta water to halt the cooking.
Add pasta and shrimp and bring sauce to a simmer. Adjust with pasta water, as needed. Stir in lemon juice and enjoy!
