Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Perfect weeknight meal!

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta is a delicious, easy recipe, perfect for a quick weeknight meal. I love using plenty of fresh parsley and chilies for a spicy kick.

Ingredients

Shrimp Parsley Pasta  Chili Lemon Garlic Olive oil

Sear shrimp on both sides for about 30-45 seconds. Don't cook all of the way through!

STEP 1:

Add olive oil, garlic, fresh chilies and lemon zest to the pan.

STEP 2:

Add chopped parsley followed by pasta water to halt the cooking.

STEP 3:

Add pasta and shrimp and bring sauce to a simmer. Adjust with pasta water, as needed. Stir in lemon juice and enjoy!
