Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta is a great 30 minute meal, perfect for a weeknight dinner. I like to use both white wine and lemon juice to brighten up this buttery, rich pasta dish.

Ingredients

Season and sauté shrimp

Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sauté on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, or until just cooked through. Remove from pan.

Sauté garlic

Add butter, red pepper flakes and garlic to pan.

Add wine

Add white wine and reduce by half.

Add pasta and shrimp

Once the pasta is cooked, add to the pan along with some pasta water and more butter. Stir in lemon zest, juice, parsley and the cooked shrimp.
