Mango Lassi Popsicles are made with fresh mangoes, yogurt and spices you’d typically find in an Indian lassi. These are a great, quick and easy summer treat.

Ingredients: 

-mangoes -full fat, plain yogurt -granulated sugar -lime juice -salt -cardamom (optional) -saffron (optional) -pistachios (optional)

Make Simple Syrup

Combine sugar, water and spices in a small pot. Turn heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally until sugar melts.

Mix dry ingredients

Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Chill vodka and vinegar (if using) in the freezer. Add ice to water.

Blend ingredients

Add mango, yogurt and lime to blender and process until smooth. Mix with syrup. Freeze in popsicle molds. Add nuts and popsicle sticks.
