Oatmeal Smoothies

If you’re tired of hot oatmeal, Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothies are a great way to get the same nutrition in creamy beverage form.

Main Ingredients

-frozen bananas -oats -almond or peanut butter -honey or agave (optional) -milk of choice -strawberries, mangos or cocoa

Strawberry Banana

Place banana, strawberries, oats, almond butter, sweetener (if using) and milk of choice in blender and process until smooth.

Golden Mango

Place banana, mango, oats, almond butter, sweetener (if using), turmeric and milk of choice in blender and process until smooth.

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Place bananas, oats, peanut or almond butter, sweetener (if using), salt and milk of choice in blender and process until smooth.

Optional step-toast oats

Preheat oven to 350F. Toast oats 8-10 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.

Optional step-grind oats

Add cooled oats to coffee grinder and process until finely ground. Store in an airtight container.
