-Broccoli rabe -Olive oil -Italian pork sausage -Orecchiette pasta -Garlic -Red pepper flakes -Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli rabe and cook 1 minute. Drain and pat dry. Roughly chop into 1/2 inch pieces .

Heat pan to medium high. Add oil and sausage, breaking into chunks. Cook until well-browned. Remove from pan.

Add garlic and red pepper to pan, along with additional oil. Cook 30-60 seconds, being cautious to avoid burning the garlic.

Add broccoli rabe to pan and season with salt. Add back sausage and stir to combine.

Add pasta to pan along with 1/4 cup pasta water and grated cheese. Toss to combine and adjust as needed.
