Why you should try this:

Panettone Bread Pudding is a great recipe for re-purposing leftover panettone. Top it off with a brandy-spiked toffee sauce to make it extra special and indulgent.

Cut the panettone bread in 1-inch cubes. Toast in the oven at 325F for 8-12 minutes or until dried out and golden.

STEP 1:

Whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, zest, brandy, salt and nutmeg. Pour over bread and soak. 

STEP 2:

Top with slivered almonds and bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
