Pasta with Peas  and Pancetta

Quick & easy meal!

Pasta with Peas and Pancetta is an easy, classic Italian recipe. A few simple ingredients come together for a quick, delicious meal.

Ingredients

Pasta Peas Pancetta Onion Olive oil  Parmesan

Crisp pancetta in olive oil. Transfer to a bowl, reserving oil in pan.

STEP 1:

Sauté onions for 3-5 minutes until soft and translucent.

STEP 2:

Add peas and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Simmer about 2 minutes.

STEP 3:

Add pasta, pancetta and additional pasta water, as needed. Simmer to reduce sauce and stir in grated cheese.
