Pistachio Gelato 

Quck and easy!

This Gelato al Pistacchio is easy to make and only takes ten minutes to prepare! Sicilian pistachio cream gives it that authentic flavor like it's from a gelato shop.

Ingredients

Pistachio Cream, Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Sugar, Cornstarch, Salt, Lemon Juice

Whisk together 1/4 cup of milk and cornstarch to make a slurry.

STEP 1:

Whisk slurry into simmering milk, cream and sugar. Cook about 2 minutes, until thickened.

STEP 2:

Pour milk mixture into a bowl with the pistachio cream, add salt and whisk to combine. Cool and stir in lemon.

STEP 3:

Freeze in your ice cream machine and serve with your favorite toppings.
