Ingredients

olive oil

bread

vinegar

eggs

tomatoes

chives

ham

Step1

Blanch, peel and chop tomatoes

Step2

Blend tomatoes, garlic, bread, vinegar and olive oil.

Step3

Make croutons, boil eggs and crisp serrano ham.

Serve salmorejo with croutons, eggs, ham, chives and olive oil.
