Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment overhanging on 2 sides. Grease and flour.
Toast a portion of the black and white sesame seeds over the stove top for 3-5 minutes or until white seeds are golden.
Combine all purpose flour, baking soda, baking flour and salt in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
Whisk together eggs and brown sugar until homogenous. Thoroughly whisk in tahini and oil. Stir in bananas, sour cream and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients in 2-3 additions. Fold in toasted sesame seeds. Transfer to loaf pan. Top with untoasted seeds.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45-55 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
