Description
Tahini sauce is a great accompaniment to grilled chicken, lamb and vegetable dishes, and can even be used as a salad dressing.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup water or more as needed
- 1/8 tsp smoked, sweet paprika and/or ground cumin
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add additional water if needed to reach desired consistency. Try out this sauce with my Spiced Chicken Kebabs. Enjoy.
