Why you should try this recipe!

These easy oven baked Korean BBQ Pork Ribs are glazed in a delicious sticky sweet sauce made with gochujang, hoisin and soy sauce.

Ingredients:

-rack of St Louis style pork spare ribs -gochujang paste -hoisin sauce -ketchup -soy sauce -rice wine vinegar -ginger -garlic -salt and pepper

STEP ONE:

Preheat oven. Whisk together ingredients for sauce. Brush meat with half of the sauce. Wrap in foil.

STEP TWO:

Bake in preheated oven for about 2 hours or until tender. Check halfway through cooking and baste with sauce.

STEP THREE:

Grill on indoor or outdoor grill on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until charred in spots. You can also use a broiler.
