Everyday Egg Recipes

Eggs are one of the most amazing, versatile ingredients in the culinary world. My egg recipes are obviously appropriate for breakfast, but I think eggs are good any time of the day.

I love to learn how eggs are prepared in different cuisines. Check out a few of my top egg recipes: Shakshuka with Harissa and Feta, Souffle Omelet with Gruyere and Mushrooms, and Ham and Cheese Strata.
