I eat a salad just about every day. As much as I like to indulge, balance is key.
Vegetables can also be just as delicious as any main course, so I alternate between serving these salads as entrees or sides. Try some of my best recipes: Herbed Quinoa and Chickpea Salad, Kale and Apple Salad with Blue Cheese and Maple Glazed Walnuts, or Orange and Fennel Salad with Radicchio.
