- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Cook: Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook about 10-12 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Mixture will thicken more upon cooling.
- Serve: Warm for a few seconds in the microwave before serving, if desired. Try it with my Grilled Peaches or Strawberry Balsamic Ice Cream. Enjoy.
